This policy covers this legal-document website for IDKampung and Antasena Labs. Each mobile app has a separate privacy policy linked from the app directory; this website policy does not replace it.
1. Browsing
The site consists of public static pages. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, sign-in, contact forms or cookies to these pages. Fonts and images are served with the site. You can read every app policy without an account.
2. Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Serving and protecting the site involves technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser headers and response status. The provider may process and retain this information for delivery, security and troubleshooting under its own privacy policy. HTTPS protects information in transit on the public site.
3. Emailing support
Email links open your email app; they do not submit a form to this website. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use them to respond to the request and retain them only as needed for support and applicable legal duties. Your email provider also processes the message. Please do not send passwords, a parent PIN, payment-card details or unnecessary information about a child.
4. Links and choices
Pages link to service providers and store information. Those websites have their own privacy practices. You can ask about or request deletion of support messages we hold by contacting the address for the relevant app. We may need to verify a request and retain information where applicable law requires it.
